Is it possible to produce a customized/user configurable (i.e. branded to my company) PDF report of the scan results? I'd like to be able to offer reports specific to the companies that we are scanning.

This feature is already available on N-Stalker Report Manager. See our User's Guide under "Report Manager" section: http://community.nstalker.com/manual.
